Problem Statement	There are insufficient personnel resources to manage and maintain metadata in the CSU Samvera ScholarWorks implementation
Hypothesis	We believe that additional expertise and personnel in metadata and linked data for digital asset management systems will facilitate the migration to and implementation of Samvera for the CSU
