Survey Update & Thanks
A big THANK YOU to everyone who responded and distributed the ScholarWorks Project Survey around your campuses. We received lots of valuable information that will be used to finalize the requirements and features of the upgraded ScholarWorks Platform.
You may be contacted for personal follow up or clarification and we appreciate your continued assistance with ensuring that ScholarWorks progresses into the best possible IR Platform we can offer.
Symposium Planning - Save the Date(s)!
We are working to finalize the date and location of our next in person ScholarWorks meeting. Our target will be a one day meeting the week of August 15th at CSU San Marcos. Details to follow, but this will be a full day of use case examples from IR Managers, feature review and project updates.
We look forward to seeing everyone there and having another successful day of IR discussions.
Support Site
We are pleased to announce the integration of the JIRA support platform into the confluence site in order to offer a customized and integrated ScholarWorks support platform.
If you do not current have a confluence account (i.e. as part of the ULMS project), please request one.
You can also email irsupport@calstate.atlassian.net to generate a support ticket automatically (requires that your email address is associated with a confluence account).
Confluence Site Updates
If you haven't visited the confluence site in a while, you will no doubt notice a lot more content now. We will be continuing to add project updates and planning documentation as well as Legacy ScholarWorks documentation as we continue to provide updates and support for DSpace.
