Reviewed recommendations from Authority Control Task Force.

Presented and discussed a number of topics during TS Open Forum:

  • Alma-YBP profile and tech specs revisions (to be submitted to YBP)
  • Publishing to OCLC and recommendations for MARCIVE Gov Docs: Documents without Shelves, prepared by the Cataloging Task Force
  • Recommendations from Authority Control Task Force;
  • Presented procedures developed by Ex Libris "How to Link Records to NZ that Multi-matched with NZ-CZ Records" for each library to analyze their multi-match report after final data load.

Action Items

Continue to hold weekly TS Open Forums to disseminate information,  discuss procedures, and provide training sessions, as needed.

Continue to monitor the work of TS Task Forces;

Continue to collaborate with ULMS Working Groups in areas related to indexing and display of data, system configuration requirements, etc.
