from David Walker to Everyone:

we didn't have any questions submitted in advance

from David Walker to Everyone:

Jim, could you run through editing a tab a little slower?

from David Walker to Everyone:

yup!

from Kathlene (privately):

Thanks, the light just went on, for me, anyway

from Jodi (privately):

Would Mat Type pull from the item?

from Dolph Chaney to Everyone:

Q: Would Mat Type pull from the item?

from CSUN to Everyone:

Material types in Primo aren't exactly the same as Alma Material Types are they?

from CSUN to Everyone:

Like how does Primo know what a rare book is?

from David Walker to Everyone:

Jim, does reordering the tab just reorder the links down the left-hand side, or the actual sections as well?

from David Walker to Everyone:

awesome

from CSUN to Everyone:

Is it possible to move or even hide the list of all CSU holdings?  I know that's probably going to be a CSU-wide policy issue, but I'm just wondering what's possible.  That section of CSU holdings takes up a ton of real estate

from Christina (CSUCI) to Everyone:

sorry if i missed this part but is what you're showing here on the www

from Christina (CSUCI) to Everyone:

from Jodi to Everyone:

For the facets... there is a way to "see more" - for example, you see the first few subjects but you can click "See more" and see more... how do you collapse to see less?

from Jodi to Everyone:

In the public view

from Christina (CSUCI) to Everyone:

yup got it

from Jodi to Everyone:

How do you change the facet catagory? For example Subject to Topic

from Jodi to Everyone:

And now how do you go back to just 5 results after you click "see more"?

from Liz Ginno (privately):

Nice feature, but aren't most users right handed? Can we have it set for the right side of the screen?

from Dolph Chaney to Everyone:

Q: Nice feature, but aren't most users right handed? Can we have it set for the right side of the screen?

from Kathlene (privately):

nice

from Jodi to Everyone:

Does Enable/Disable turn them on and off in the display?

from Keven to Everyone:

Thanks

from David Walker to Everyone:

Keep in mind that normalization rules are controlled at the installation level and not at the campus level

from CSUN to Everyone:

That would be awesome!

from David Walker to Everyone:

thanks

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Not everyone has access to Basecamp.

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

That would be great, thanks.

from David Walker to Everyone:

totally

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Can you go through that customization routine in more detail?

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Which package do we choose?

from CSUN to Everyone:

yes

from Kathlene to Everyone:

yep

from Jodi to Everyone:

We had a few general questions about pinning - 1. are there folder options once you pin an item? We can't find a way to organize our pins. 2. it is hard to get back to the search screen/results after you view your pinned items. We had to do a new search. Is this the only way to go back? 3. Is there a way to only display the pin option after someone has logged in so that the pins are saved? 5. Is there a way to see saved searches or search history?

from Keven to Everyone:

I wasn't able to zip with Windows. Had to download another utility, 7Zip

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Once you've uploaded a customization, do you need to publish it, and can you revert?

from Jim LeFager (privately):

&noCustomization=true

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Great -- thanks!

from Elizabeth (CSUN) to Everyone:

Yes.

from Jodi to Everyone:

You can pin when your a guest too... so yes, anytime you click that little piin

from Jodi to Everyone:

Thanks, we don't see lables when we were looking at it.

from Jodi to Everyone:

Is it something we need to turn on?

from Jodi to Everyone:

from Jodi to Everyone:

Oh we do! But we'll contact you offline!
