Functional Committee Structure ChangesChris Lee (Unlicensed)
  • The ULMS Steering Committee has outlined the future of its own struction and the structure of the Functional Committees
  • Structure for the Functional Committee is as follows:
    • Chair - previous years Vice Chair
    • Vice Chair - will become chair after one year as Vice Chair
    • Members - two year terms with staggered end dates

  • Local issues create wrinkles for a system wide solution. Campuses who send bills to bursar makes things very complicated.

    • Contact other consortia to ask their solutions

  • Multivolume sets seems too short to take up a whole hour and fifteen minutes. May do this for half and then add another topic for the other half.

  • Mallory DeBartolo (Unlicensed) will email FFC about how to pull data on refunds for items that were considered lost. Want to look at how various refund periods affect the number of refunds issued. Are most refunds given in the first month or two of the refund window? Or are many of them issued between the 6-12 month mark?
