Campus Updates/Announcements 

  • Campuses either returning to pre-pandemic hours or almost full hours

ULMS Update

  • CSU + UC agreement has been endorsed 

  • Sacramento demoed Esploro to COLD 

  • Inclusive Description Task Force - planning on sending out a soft call for people interested

  • Linked Data Task Force - linked data provides a way to represent the library community’s resources on the web as “entities” with interconnected relationships; it improves the efficiency of data publishing, increases the discoverability of resources, and has a wide applications to cataloging, discovery portals, institutional repositories, etc. 

  • ArchivesSpace Task Force - indexing into Primo VE; bring archival records into Alma to make them more discoverable
