RAPID downloading schedule for each CSU campus
Here's information on Rapid regarding their download schedule: We normally download files monthly. In case it’s helpful to know when we download your data, these are the days when we download the CSU libraries:

It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to process a new file.
NZ RapidILL publishing profile settings
Because of the CSU central e-resource management setup, campuses that use RapidILL need to have both an OAI publishing profile set up in their own Alma instance as well as a publishing profile in the NZ that is limited to their own campus electronic titles.
Each campus has a profile that looks like the following set up in the NZ, for their own institution. The profile is set up for:
- Full Publishing Mode
- Scheduled to publish once a month, on the 1st of the month (this is a limitation of the 'Full' publishing mode)
- The profile is based on a set of Electronic titles, that has the following criteria that limits to each campus:
- The publishing profile is using the 949 field to publish the inventory information for electronic titles
