Why are we doing this?
To facilitate discovery and use of library materials in Learning Management Systems. Currently, many CSU libraries are providing links manually and having to deal with all of the associated problems that go with that: off-campus authentication, link rot, copyright concerns, and educating faculty.
Goals
- Build reading list application using Alma and Primo APIs.
- Create best practices document for:
- Creating modules in LMS (Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas)
- Standardizing on Shibboleth for authentication
