• Amalia contacted all campuses regarding current digital archives personnel; is waiting on a short list of campuses to respond

• Ariel send out letters to IR personnel at campuses. We are considering handing over maintenance of this list to the IR group.

• Challenges

• Constraints

• Benefits

Objective are to:

• inform COLD DAMS development for Digital Archives

• provide demonstration

• answer questions

• gauge level of commitment

• secure funding from campuses
