Configurations
- Confirm CSU+ due date policy is set to 16 weeks. (See:Changing the CSU+ Loan Period to 16 Weeks)
- Change patron facing info to reflect new service expectations in terms of turnaround time, loan period, etc. (See: CSU+ Form Label)
- Remove any requesting limits you may have placed. (See RSFC/FFC Re-Open Forum Part 1 and Part 2 recordings)
- If discontinuing home delivery, de-configure personal/home delivery in Alma and ILLiad. (See RSFC/FFC Re-Open Forum Part 1 and Part 2 recordings).
- Remove home delivery fields on CSU+ and ILLiad request forms.
- Edit appropriate Terms of Use (TOU) in Alma.
- Update deflections, days to respond, etc. in OCLC.
- Inform Chris of changes to Unity delivery schedule. (cwlee@calstate.edu)
- Re-enable any letters that may have been turned off, i.e. hold shelf letter. (See: Configuring Alma Letters)
- Review Alma and ILLiad letters and notifications to ensure they reflect current circumstances. (See: Configuring Alma Letters and Creating and Editing Email Templates)
- Consider reducing the hold shelf expiry time. (See Configuring Terms Of Use).
Other Logistics
- Chris will revert CSU+ request expiration from 8 days back to 4 days on August 23rd. Please ensure appropriate staffing so that requests do not expire.
- The RSFC and FFC recommend eliminating the quarantine period prior to the fall semester provided conditions do not change.
- Update the Fulfillment and Resource Sharing Services spreadsheet.
