Report Summary

Goal: Make sure Fulfillment configurations in Alma are correctly set–we have discussed at multiple forums and no major issues have arisen. We will discuss at our Open Forum 3/15. Leads in consultation with others will produce a survey to ask each campus a set of specific questions

Goal: Formulate a plan to deal with Fulfillment Freeze on each campus–initial discussions have happened, we will discuss this more fully at our meeting 3/22

Goal: Help develop each campus' readiness for Go-Live, discover any stumbling blocks, see how we can help each other move forward–this week the group did a lot of discussion about the patron load, issues that have arisen, we will continue discussion on patrons at the Open Forum 3/15

Goal: Determining workflow for visiting patrons (including patron data sharing rules)–we will begin discussing this 3/22

Goal: Develop recommended workflow for fine payment–call for task force members to work on this later in March

Goal: Develop recommended workflow for missing items–call for task force members to work on this later in March

Goal: Develop recommended workflow for claims returned items–call for task force members to work on this later in March

  • Respond to COLD's Fulfillment Policy Recommendations to make sure everyone is clear on the meaning of each policy
