Contents submitted using the form will be e-mailed to Tricor/Unity customer service and , 2 members of the RSFC (currently Arturo and Carolyn) and a copy will be e-mailed directly to the submitter. RSFC recipients will initially follow up with campuses who would like additional contact on a weekly basis to track if an acceptable resolution has been reached.
