Also, it would be helpful to make a clearer distinction between policies and "best practices." Library staff want to know if something is "required" or "suggested." Also, they want to know if something was explicitly approved by COLD. Discussion at the meeting clearly indicated a need for improvements. We will follow up with a discussion about the best strategy for addressing this need at the December meeting. | ||
