This is the list of the policies, procedures and best practice practices for the shared consortial e-resources, ECC and Opt-in, in the Alma NZ instance. There are separate polices for the e-resources locally purchased electronic collections maintained in the IZ. New to the CSU is shared acquisitions where the Electronic collections are now closely linked to acquisitions in Alma and the new models and workflows are discussed in depth in the procedures and best practices. The central office, SDLC and the NZ administrator, will set up and maintain aquisition tasks for shared e-resourcesactivate, maintain, and in some cases, order e-resources that will be shared by some or all of the libraries. These procedures and best practices are for Models 2 (ECC) and 3 (Opt-in) resource management and acquisitions in the NZ admin instance.
