The Council of Library Deans (COLD) voted in favor of Chancellor’s Office support for those campuses who campuses that may be in financial need of travel grants to attend system-wide ULMS meetings. These allocations are meant to support but not necessarily cover the entirety of the cost of travel.

All attendees are expected to follow CSU and local campus travel expense reimbursement policy, and should submit their completed travel claim with all necessary receipts to the person or department at their library/campus that processes travel reimbursement. Do not submit travel claims to the Chancellor’s Office.

Library deans requesting a travel grant should submit the information below to Alice Kawakami, Director, Strategic Library Initiatives, akawaka@calstatela.edu.
