What other forms of project management should the plan take in order to effectively guide DC DAMS implementation? Flow Charts? Timeline? Checklists? How communicate the plan to appropriate CSU personnelReview ULMS Plan as template which includes risks, assumptions and constraints. Add these to plan. Gather campus local workflow information on digitization practices and metadata schema applications. This will expedite the initiation of local metadata cleanup in advance of migrations and the production of shared workflows such as the metadata application profile. Campus self-assessments can be used to gather this local data.. Should the final plan be distributed via link through the Digrepo listserv?

Meetings will continue at a minimum of 1 meeting per month. Will consider ad hoc meetings as needed in order to expedite task completion. Will continue to use Confluence as primary project management app, but will consider others such as Trello, should the need arise. Will also look into how lesser known Confluence management applications could be applied.
