Charge, original: Provides direction and supports SDLC in license negotiation.
Charge, proposed: Advocates for CSU library interests relating to contract provisions and language, contract negotiations, and other licensing or renewal issues. Assists the SDLC negotiating team as needed by representing library perspectives to vendors.
