2020-08-21 Function Committee Meeting notes At those meetings we set some priorities and discussed our assigned priority from Brandon and Dave: the evaluation of Primo VE. Other priorities: Discuss status and continuing development of the custom GetIt/Uresolver menu Update APA CSL file to 7th edition (done) Provide documentation about a COVID19 banner in Primo (done) Discuss UX/UI implications of covid19-related pickup options in Primo Potentially introduce custom resource type icons in Primo to solve problem of lack of 1-to-1 representation in default ExL icons
The first Discovery Open Forum of the 20 – 21 academic year will be Friday, September 18 at 1PM. ERM (Kate)Fulfillment (Jamie)Created Recommendations for Reopening & Quarantining Items Created a Fulfillment Services Spreadsheet to keep track of services offered across the CSU during Fall 2020. Formed a Locker Task Force to consolidate and organize information for the configuration and use of lockers for book pick-up. Information will be posted to the wiki. Working on documentation for updating due dates in bulk, to be posted on the wiki soon. Continuing work to summarize Course Reserve Survey conducted in Fall 2019.
