Meghann Weldon is the Rapido Project Manager from Product Manager for Rapido at Ex Libris: Part , part of Clarivate. In this role, Meghann works Meghann is working with libraries to set up and configure Rapido to fit the libraries needs. Prior to her role at Ex Libris, Meghann worked in Resource Sharing in the CSU system, specifically at California Polytechnic Humboldt, and even hosted an I-SPIE conference. She will present on what we can expect from Rapido in the near futureusing Rapido to support their success and meet their resource sharing goals. Through this work Meghann brings back the library voice and experience to rest of the Rapido team.  Meghann’s background is in resource sharing, access services, and user experience after working for 9 years in the CSU system at Cal Poly Humboldt. This included working as an interlibrary loan student assistant who loved treasure hunting to fill requests, and progressed to being an I-SPIE conference host, RSFC committee member, and continually learning and growing at Humboldt while completing SJSU’s MLIS program.

Prior to that she was an Access Services and Resource Sharing Librarian. Kaitlyn fell in love with interlibrary loan when she found you get to be a detective with a mystery that you need to solve. Her background also involves usability testing and consortia support. Now, she enjoys working with libraries and helping them find ways to best meet their unique user needs.

Cassandra Swartzwelder is the Resource Sharing and Collections Specialist at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and has worked in libraries for over twelve years. Cassandra discovered her love and passion for working in libraries as a student worker and eventually went on to get her MLIS. Prior to working at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo she worked in the Circulations department at CSU Fresno. She has been on multiple CSU conference planning committee's and hosted the 2017 I-SPIE conference. Cassandra will be leading a discussion on CONTU and Copyright.

Allyce Ondricka is the head of Interlibrary Services at San Francisco State University. They have worked in libraries since 2008, starting from the bottom as a student assistant, and have taken on many roles in the field, including reference services, circulation, shelving, and interlibrary services. They love collaborating with other library workers, especially across functional units, and work hard to make the library an inclusive space for all. Their favorite aspect of ILL is the detective work involved, especially with the “weird” and problem requests. They will be doing a participatory lightning round on how to solve issues with understaffing in the interlibrary services world.

Christina L. Hennessey is the Systems Librarian at California State University, Northridge and has worked in libraries for 23 years, including 5 years at CSUN. She loves working with all the CSU folks in resource sharing and really loves working with Alma letters and helping other libraries improve their Alma letters. Alma letters and our Primo interfaces are often the only interaction we have with our library patrons, and she is passionate about what we can do to make those things better to make our patrons happy.
