Initial Ingest

• Completion of new installation scheduled for ___Spring. Working on configuring server. Can begin ingests when server is complete. March 10th meeting to include metadata cleanup conversation. Collection managers are urged to clean what they can prior to ingest, but remediation will continue after ingest.

• Ingest expected to last a year or more.

• Collections to be ingested:

  • Materials withdrawn from ScholarWorks document types.

    • Meeting minutes

    • campus publications

    • Archival materials

• Priority ingest of campuses with no other DAMS.
