Hide Rapido Offers

To configure Display Logic Rules go to Configuration → Fulfillment → Discovery Interface Display Logic → Display Logic Rules.

Many libraries will want to hide Rapido requests for items they have available on the shelfvarious reasons. There are multiple ways this can be achieved with slightly different results. The following table lists some rules used by libraries in the CSU:

1.

Hides all Resource Sharing (Rapido physical and digital) when materials are owned and available.

  • Hide service Resource Sharing Request with Availability by the institution = true

2.

Hides Rapido Physical Offer when an item is owned and available in Alma.

  • Hide service Rapido Physical Offer with Availability by the institution = true

3.

Hides all Resource Sharing (Rapido physical and digital) when Full Text is available for download. *Note: Currently not working. Fix scheduled in November release.

  • Hide service Resource Sharing Request with Resource Sharing System = Alma if exists service Full Text

4.

Hides Rapido Physical Offer when an item is available to be requested for the hold shelf.

  • Hide service Rapido Physical Offer with Availability by the institution = true if exists service Hold Request

5.

Hides Rapido Digital Offer for items with certain Resource Types

  • Hide service Rapido Digital Offer with Resource type = (Select Resource Type)

6.

Hides the Hold Request option when a book is checked out and Resource Sharing is an option.

  • Hide service Hold Request if exists service Resource Sharing Request with Availability by the institution = false
