Shibboleth for Alma/Primo
Shib (it seems like most campuses are good here, but just in case you have updates)
Everybody should have Primo Shib working; we have had some intermittent issues
Most campuses have Alma working, if not working; please submit a SalesForce case for Alma Shib. Most problems are seen with SSL certs (e.g., expired, self-signed) on the Shib side. Primo is more forgiving with certs, but Alma is much more strict
Questions: Unable to logout? adding a Logout URL to your SAML Integration Profile resolved that for SLO, needs to be a session-killing URL to totally log out of Shibboleth (not every campus has implemented this, check with campus ID management folks); can also put into the Shib logout URL to page on website to close browser to kill the session., or just restart browser
