Use the Idea Exchange to add vendors to Rialto [I couldn’t find this anywhere – does anyone have a link?]
Salesforce chat works very well for Rialto (Kenny is very good)
Part of the adoption is getting selectors to use it
There are metadata issues with the records
Tough to get refunds if there is a pricing change
Not sure how many libraries have Rialto – small but a growing network
Rialto interface so much better than Gobi, some campuses are moving off of Gobi as much as they can with its old interface and extra charges
The community colleges are really in on Rialto (we will see many of them at ELUNA and eCAUG later this year to share notes). Those experienced with Rialto gave information and opinions
