Authority Control Task Force Update (Mark) | The Authority Control Task Force (ACTF) has been performing authority work and testing procedures and workflowstesting authority control workflows in the NZ Alma instance. Members have tested workflows and been troubleshooting of reports based on the types of headings involved (Names; Name-Title; Subjects; and Genre), including the use of . They’re using authority control tools (e.g. PTC Macromacro) to resolve problems. Members continue to troubleshoot reports while are drafting recommendations, which will focus on scope of work, recruitment, training, and workflows needed to support authority work for a our consortium. Draft Recommendations will be submitted to the Resources Management Functional Committee on April 30, 2020. | ||
MARC fields in Primo (display/search, etc.) | Israel will start a table of MARC fields and whether they display and/or are searchable in Primo. Lia will assist in filling out the table. | ||
