OutcomeCOLD voted in the majority on a model to split administrative costs for 2019-20. This model is based on splitting the cost recovery into that required for SDLC and ULMS. For SDLC, the model agreed upon is based 50% on a flat tax against opt-ins (1.6%) and 50% FTE. For ULMS, it is based on a flat tax (18%) against the current amount paid by each campus toward direct Ex Libris costs. The model agreed upon is represented in tab 2, column J in the attached spreadsheet.
