Jason will create accounts for Marcus, Carmen, and Michaela. CM will let Jason know if there are additional folks that need logins.

Simple book format. Add the content, and you can “print” to PDF or send to a printer.

Can add “chapters”
Will send the login info when sending along our credentials.
Help tab on each page. The help document is specific to the CSU drupal sites. If the assistance you need isn’t listed in the guide, you can send a message and it will go directly to the ATS team.

To edit a page: click on the “Edit” tab. The interface looks a bit different because you are now in the back end of the site. Before clicking save, you have a revision log message. If making big changes, it is worth making a note of what you are doing.
Nothing is ever lost. Every change you make goes in as a new revision. So if we need to walk something back, we can. This is where notes are helfpul!

Best way to work with the Outline is to use the Reorder Pages button. It is drag and drop.

Adding a page is simple. You just need the title and the content. This is also where you can select the “parent” that this page goes under. You can select the chapter you want this new section to go under. Or you can use the “reorder pages” tool.
This will be a separate log in from your campus log in.
Once we have the toolkit ready to go public, just let Jason know and he will publish it. This will move it off of the dev site and to production. URL will be https://repositoryguide.calstate.edu/ when it is done.
