  1. Ex Libris will enable the Alma Activation reports in each of our Alma environments on March 17. CDI WILL NOT BE ENABLED, just the reports.

  2. Review the report

    1. Review the report and check off what collections you want to be activated in the IZDetailed instructions on the excel format is forthcoming

      1. Download the PC to Alma Activation report 

        1. Resources>Advanced Tools>PC to CDI Activation Reports

        2. Download the Excel Sheet

        3. Insert a new column “Activate in our IZ”

        4. Let us know what you’d like activated in your IZ.

        5. Here is a short video as an example:

  3. Place completed reports here by March 31st.

    1. Use your institution as the file name. Ex.San Francisco State University

    2. The ERM team will use this Google sheet to track responses.
