2:00 PM | Rapido Q and A | All | Brandon is asking for help writing a white paper for COLD. Some people in the CSU will be using Rapido and some will not. Discussion was about whether or not requests could go out of and/or back into Rapido, so we could possibly hit all courier libraries first. It is unclear how the Rota and Pod ideas could be mixed. |
2:27 PM | Unity Service between all CSUs and UCs | The UCs and the CSUs would all like to send material using Unity. The CSU currently pays for the Unity contract which includes 5 UCs. How much more would a contract including the additional 5 UCs cost?
2:32 PM | Succession Planning | Joe A. and Meghann are nearing the end of their RSFC tenures. The Unity Problem Report System is an example of a job that needs to be passed on to another member or an non-RSFC member. What are some other duties that need to be passed along? Alma Release Testing/Updates, Unity, Confluence Organization, possibly a Communication Liaison (perhaps including reports to our I-SPIE liaison)… Some talk about recruiting people we know around the CSUs to join the RSFC.
3:00 PM | Random Regional Rota Pilot Data | One month’s worth of data shown. Some locations had to wait longer to get their material, so the results are inconclusive. We’ll see what the next few months show. |
