Review Local PCI Collection

1. Based on the experiences from other consortia, we suggest campuses “clean up OA in PCI before migration”

2. From Jessica: “There is a consortium PCI instance but it doesn’t have any resources set up.  We don’t use it because we couldn’t get a consensus on what should be activated in the consortia PCI. The consortium PCI instance interacts with the IZ’s.  If there were resources active in the consortium PCI and libraries check a box in their local PCI instance that says to share the consortium PCI, those resources would appear in Primo.”
