This is the list of the procedures and best practices for the consortial e-resources, ECC and Opt-in, in the Alma NZ instance. There are separate polices for locally purchased electronic collections that are maintained in the IZ. Electronic collections are now closely linked to acquisitions in Alma and the new models and workflows are discussed in depth in the procedures and best practices. SDLC and the NZ administrator will activate, maintain, and in some cases, order e-resources that will be shared by some or all of the libraries in the NZ. These procedures and best practices are for Model 2 (NZ ECC ) and Model 3 (NZ Opt-in ) resource management and acquisitions in the NZ admin instance. Most of the procedures included in this section are for SDLC and the NZ administrator with the exception of Model 3 NZ Opt-in of Consortial Acquisitions.
