ECC/Opt-in resources that are not full text, such as A&I databases, can be ordered on the brief bib record or Provider-Neutral Record in the NZ by the local library. The consortial acquisitions for A&I databases and database-only will be investigated once all of the database-only records are available in the CZ and are globally updated records (updated by ExL, not library-contributed records). ExL has stated the CZ will have all of the SerSol KB collections and databases migrated this summer.
The CO will begin setting up Opt-in full text collections July 1, 2017 beginning with the new ProQuest full text e-collections and the renewed EBSCO full text e-collections. Once the full text Opt-in's are set up on the NZ, an email will be sent out that the e-collections are available to be ordered locally from the NZ. Orders for Opt-in's will be stored in the IZ and the e-collection will remain in the NZ.
