Over the course of December 2016 through March 2017, Mallory and Sarina visited about half of the CSU campuses and addressed specific situations and questions from the individual campus. For each campus visit, we compile compiled a Google Doc that contained workflow documentation and answers to questions that arose during the visit. All of these Google Docs have been consolidated into the following ~135 130 page document for all campuses to peruse.
The document is divided by functional area, and is probably most useful if you use the Table of Contents as a guide, or simply use CTRL+F if there is a specific topic that you are trying to find.
