The SWAT team analyzed several questions regarding what would be gained and lost in the new system with a single repository. At the previous COLD meeting on March 1st, the SWAT team’s findings were affirmed in spirit, and COLD has voted affirmatively on two of the findings -- to implement a single instance repository for the IR, and to approve a policy regarding the scope of the IR. COLD agreed to form a governance body for ScholarWorks. In the interim, an informal governance group formed from the SWAT group will proceed for the single repository.
