Rationale
- One of the benefits of CSU+ is the fast turn-around time. This policy ensures CSU+ remains an efficient and speedy resource for the CSU community.
- Staff should strive to ship books out within 24 hours unless their department is closed, understaffed, or experiences some other unforeseen event.
- The 24 hour turnaround time should not preclude staff from doing a thorough search for the item.
