There are a large number of things we want to do Don't currently have a lot of resources allocated to the project. Historically, only one full-time position devoted to ScholarWorks David recently coming over to add a second hand. Doesn't allow us to move very quickly Slow progress on many parts of the project Turn-over in staffing is really disruptive Need to provide sufficient resources to the project What do we really need? What are the priorities? What staffing, money is needed to make the priorities a reality in a timely fashion? Do we really need 23 separate instances? What kind of staffing, budget do other consortia have?
