Enhancements
Group reviewed the Analytics section in order to provide a select list to Brandon including:
- Create a new field in Design Analytics for OCLC identifier 035 only (5619)
- Enable more than 5 Local fields in Analytics(5637) is on the roadmap and should be disregarded.
- Nikki noted that Load usage data: Create different symbols in Missing Data page to differentiate between technical errors and no recorded usage(5618) appears under the Acquisitions section. Will be included.
- Karen noted Provide Overlap Analysis Functionality for Print(5711) under Resource Management section. Will be included.
- No NZ-level file sharing area in Alma Analytics for consortia(5611) (Moon submitted) - Currently NZ reports are only available in the NZ shared folder.
- Timeout issues - Major impediment to new users particularly.
- Add indicator for Course Reserve Loans(5595) - should be easier to report.
- Retain Patron Statistical Identifiers(4986)
