The basic procedures outline how to order an opt-in resource when you have one order for one e-collection. The multi procedures outline two options for ordering when you have a single price being paid (ie. it is not broken down by e-collection) for multiple e-collections. Within each of these procedures, there are options to attach migrated orders to your new order, add local e-collections, and make the e-collections discoverable should your library wish to do these things. Libraries are encouraged to take these procedures and edit/remove sections as needed to create their own localized procedures.
