Norm rule change:
Find way to clearly identify non-English titles by providing translated title

We are interested in finding a way to more clearly identify non-English titles by providing translated title (often in the 245) in the brief display, potentially in addition to the 130 uniform title that currently displays.

In this record, the MARC 245 $a/$b is 245 10$aDance discourses : $bkeywords in dance research 

Which would be helpful to see, especially since the book itself is an English-language edition.

I believe the current norm rule that is using the uniform title comes from a recommended norm rule put together for the CSU system.
