Satisfaction Survey

Brandon has asked the Committee Chairs to assemble thoughts and views from the Committees, we have been asked to offer our thoughts in a "Chairs Survey". Alongside discussion/conversation for the Chairs Survey, what comes to your mind to encourage responses at the Staff survey?

The survey for Chairs is separate from the general Staff survey that Brandon pointed out.

For my response in the Chairs survey, Brandon mentions:

You will need to gather feedback from all concerned, analyze what you get back from the community and report the results via this survey. You may choose whatever mechanism to gather this feedback – last year, some folks decided to share a copy of the survey amongst their group, while others used open forums or email feedback to gather responses from their constituency. I can share a copy of the survey if you need – just let me know.
 
The results of this survey will be shared with the Steering Committee, COLD and with Ex Libris. We used the topics identified by the committees in last year's survey to form task forces with Ex Libris aiming to address each issue, so it is best if any issues identified by you are communicated in an actionable fashion so that we can get Ex Libris' attention towards the problem.
