New business: Discovery Satisfaction Survey results discussion

• Gabriel will fill out the Chairs' 2020 Alma/Primo Satisfaction survey from brandon dudley (Unlicensed)

• Primo ‘audit’ issue - Some respondents suggested a Primo ‘audit’. Cmte. not planning to take a comprehensive audit on at present. A possible solution would be listing people who are willing to help other campuses on the wiki. This, along with improved documentation, could help the campuses that struggle to keep up to date with Primo release features.

  • Front end usability - Cathy Outten

  • Results/relevancy - Andrew Carlos

  • Shepherds will:

    • Track progress on each area at the main testing campuses and report out to DFC.

    • Help devise mechanism for collecting feedback about each area from other campuses/non-main-testing campuses.

    • Communicate with main testing campus personnel (using list from brandon dudley (Unlicensed)) as needed.

• Tentative start date for testing: Jan. 11, 2021.
