Task Force
Report Summary

Goal: Make sure Fulfillment configurations in Alma are correctly set–we have discussed at multiple forums and no major issues have arisen. Troy has held several drop in open meetings to work on Fulfillment configurations collaboratively.

Goal: Formulate a plan to deal with Fulfillment Freeze on each campus–we have discussed this as a group at 2 different open forums. Will make sure specific actions like turning off online renewals and requests are addressed in readiness documentation.

Goal: Help develop each campus' readiness for Go-Live, discover any stumbling blocks, see how we can help each other move forward–we've had a lot of discussion about patron loads from PeopleSoft, in Open Forums and over email. Working through TOU and other configurations in a group online has also helped. We need more Resource Sharing testing (including RS Letters). We are concerned that more significant changes to policies have not yet been marketed to most library users.

Goal: Determining workflow for visiting patrons (including patron data sharing rules)–we will form a task force to look at visiting patron workflows. How do we bill these patrons for lost items?

Goal: Develop recommendation of how to migrate fines/how to deal with migrated fines–leads will work on this document

Goal: Develop recommended workflow for missing items–Mallory developed a workflow, leads will vet and share with wider audience

Goal: Develop recommended workflow for claims returned items–asked Mallory to develop one

Goal: Update structure of Wiki to create a better place for document repository–will work on this in May
